4. What is a techpack and why do I need it?

A techpack is a detailed document that includes all the specifications and instructions necessary to produce a garment. It typically includes measurements, materials, construction details, trim information, and other relevant design elements. You need a techpack to effectively communicate your designs to the manufacturer, ensuring accurate production and minimizing errors.

5. Do you offer digital mockup templates for designers?

Yes, we also sell digital mockup templates that designers can use to visualize their designs better or create fashion collection boards. These templates are compatible with Adobe Illustrator.

6. What is your return and refund policy for digital items?

Please note that digital items, including our mockup templates, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once you make a purchase, the download is instant and cannot be reversed.
